01Scope and commitment

This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you visit our website, contact us or use our services. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as they apply to our activities and branches.

02Who is responsible for your data

Electronic Wing for Digital Services (“Electronic Wing”, “we”) is a brand operated by Al Madaar Contracting Establishment (commercial registration 7002488604), with branches in Riyadh, Damascus and Eskilstuna.

We are the controller of the data described in this policy. For privacy matters, contact info@ewingx.com.

03Data we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to serve you, in three kinds:

  • Data you provide: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company name and sector, project details, budget and contact preferences, through our contact forms and the package builder.
  • Talent data: professional profile, portfolio links and skills when you apply to the talent network.
  • Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, chosen language and referral source.

We do not ask for sensitive data (such as health or beliefs) or payment card numbers through this website.

04How we use your data and our legal bases

  • Replying to your inquiries and preparing offers and recommendations: to act on your request or to enter into or perform a contract with you.
  • Providing our services, managing projects, invoicing and support: performance of the contract.
  • Improving the website, understanding how it is used and protecting its security: our legitimate interests.
  • Sending marketing messages or newsletters: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Complying with applicable laws and regulations: legal obligation.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

05Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to run and improve the website:

  • Essential: needed for the site to work and to remember your language choice; they do not require consent.
  • Analytics: help us understand visits and improve content, enabled with your consent where required.
  • Marketing: to measure ad campaigns, enabled only with your consent.

You can control and delete cookies from your browser settings at any time.

06Sharing data

We share data only as far as necessary with:

  • Service providers acting on our behalf: hosting, email, analytics and messaging tools, bound by contracts that protect your data.
  • Our branches and affiliated entities as needed to fulfil your request.
  • Authorities where there is a legal obligation or a court order.
  • A buyer in the event of a merger or acquisition, with notice to you of any material change.

07International transfers

Because we have branches in three countries, your data may be transferred to or accessed from Saudi Arabia, Syria or Sweden. We apply appropriate safeguards for transfers, such as standard contractual clauses and confidentiality and security commitments, in line with applicable law.

08Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, then delete or anonymise it. For example: contact inquiries for a reasonable period after they are closed, contract and invoice records for the period required by law, and marketing data until you withdraw consent.

09Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, backups and periodic review. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we work to reduce risk and, where required, notify the authorities and affected persons if an incident affects your data.

10Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you have the right to:

  • Access your data and receive a copy.
  • Correct inaccurate data or complete it.
  • Request deletion of your data or restriction of its processing.
  • Object to processing based on our legitimate interests or to direct marketing.
  • Receive your data in a portable format where applicable.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.

To exercise any right, write to info@ewingx.com and we will reply within a reasonable time as required by law. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, such as the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) or the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

11Children

Our services are directed at businesses and adults, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us their data, write to us and we will delete it.

12Third-party links and platforms

Our website may contain links to other sites and platforms, including those we support such as MENUTAC, YASIX, OIWOS and Al Madaar Contracting, each with its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for their practices and recommend reviewing their policies.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will publish the updated version here with its date and, if the change is material, inform you by a suitable means.
