01Acceptance and scope

Electronic Wing for Digital Services (“Electronic Wing”, “we”) is a brand operated by Al Madaar Contracting Establishment (commercial registration 7002488604), with branches in Riyadh, Damascus and Eskilstuna.

By using this website or ordering our services you agree to these terms. If you have a signed contract or quote with us, its terms apply alongside these terms, and in case of conflict the signed contract prevails.

02Our services

We provide digital media, visual identity, content production, websites, technology solutions, marketing and data services, as well as the talent network and exhibition and event coverage. Each project’s specification, deliverables and timeline are set out in its own quote or contract.

03Quotes, packages and the package builder

Recommendations and results shown by the package builder and the packages displayed on the site are indicative and not a binding offer. Neither party is bound until a written quote is approved or a contract is signed. Prices and benefits follow the approved quote.

04Client responsibilities

• Provide the information, content and access we need in good time.
• Ensure you have the right to use the texts, images, logos and music you give us.
• Approve stages within the agreed periods, as delays may affect the schedule.

05Fees and payment

Fees and the payment schedule are set out in the quote or contract, including main payments and instalments for eligible cases. Late payment may pause work until the amount due is settled. Monthly subscription fees and monthly support are not included unless stated.

06Intellectual property

• Once all sums due are paid, the right to use the final deliverables handed over passes to the client within the scope of the contract.
• We keep the rights to our tools, templates, methods and any pre-existing materials, and license them to the client as part of the deliverables.
• We may show completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• This website’s content, logos and designs are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

07Third-party platforms and ad budgets

Some services rely on external platforms (such as ad and social media platforms and Google Maps) or on platforms we support such as MENUTAC, and are subject to their operators’ terms and policies. Our fees do not include the paid-ads budget, which is paid directly to the advertising platform; the final budget is set after studying the market, competitors and project goals.

08Talent network

Freelancers in the network work in their own independent capacity and are not our employees. Tasks are assigned with known specifications and pay, and an Electronic Wing project manager coordinates between client and freelancer. Freelancers must deliver original work they own or are licensed to use, and both sides must respect confidentiality and the professional conduct rules on the Talent page.

09Confidentiality

Each party shall not disclose the other’s confidential information obtained through the relationship, nor use it for any purpose other than the project, except with written permission or where required by law.

10Acceptable use of the website

You may not use the website for unlawful activity, attempt to breach or disrupt it, send harmful or misleading content, or collect data from it automatically without our permission.

11Warranties and liability

We use reasonable professional care in delivering services, but we do not guarantee marketing results, sales or search-engine rankings, which depend on factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a given service is limited to the fees paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12Suspension and termination

Either party may terminate under the terms of the contract. We may suspend a service for a material breach of these terms or late payment after reasonable notice. Provisions that by their nature continue, such as intellectual property, confidentiality and sums due, survive termination.

13Governing law and disputes

The terms of use of this website are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Contracts concluded with a particular branch are governed by the law of that branch’s country unless otherwise agreed in writing. We first try to resolve any dispute amicably; failing that, it is referred to the competent court under the contract or applicable law.

14Changes to the terms

We may amend these terms from time to time; the updated version applies from the date it is published here. Continued use of the site after publication means you accept it.
